    Shipping and Delivery

    When will I get my order?

    Most orders arrive within 7 to 10 business days.

    Getting an order to your doorstep includes the following phases:

    • Fulfillment

    • Shipping

    Our production partner typically fulfills orders within 3 to 7 days, though this may vary. Shipping generally takes 3 to 4 business days. This may vary as well, depending on the carrier, destination, and time of year.

    Our products are made-to-order, so fulfillment may include activities such as printing, sewing, packing, and arranging for shipment. This means our fulfillment times may be a bit longer than other stores.

    Where will my order ship from?

    Our production partner has multiple facilities around the world, and they may ship from any of them. Certain products are only available in specific regions, but most U.S.-based orders ship from a domestic facility.

    My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

    If your order hasn't arrived yet, complete the following steps before contacting us:

    1. Check your order confirmation email to ensure that the shipping address is correct

    2. Contact your local post office to see if they have the package

    If the shipping address is correct and the package wasn't delivered or left at the post office, send us an email that includes the following content:

    • Subject: "Missing order: [your order number]"

    • Body: Include all additional relevant details.

    If you found an error in the shipping address, send us an email that includes the following content:

    • Subject: "Incorrect delivery address: [your order number]"

    • Body: Let us know if you'd like us to reship the order after it’s returned to the production facility or donate it.

      • If you'd like us to ship it again, please provide the corrected address.

    Note: You will be responsible for paying the additional reshipping cost.

    How do I track my order?

    We'll email you a tracking number when your order ships. For additional order assistance, contact us.

    I received a wrong or damaged product, what should I do?

    We’re sorry that there was an issue with your order. To help us resolve this quickly, send us an email with the following content:

    • Subject: "Wrong or damaged product: [your order number]"

    • Body: Include all of the following supporting details:

      • Your order number

      • Photos of the product you received

      • Details about the issue, including if it's an incorrect product or a damaged one

    We’ll follow up with you with a resolution as soon as possible.

    Note: You must contact us about a wrong or damaged order within 7 days of your order's delivery.

    Returns

    What’s your return policy?

    We don’t offer returns and exchanges. If there’s something wrong with your order (an item arrives broken, damaged, or mislabeled), contact us about the issue by following the procedure for reporting a wrong or damaged product.

    Do you offer refunds?

    We only offer refunds for wrong or damaged items. If either of these apply to your order, contact us about the issue by following the procedure for reporting a wrong or damaged product.

    Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

    We don't currently offer exchanges.

    To choose the best size, refer to the product's sizing chart before ordering—we list one on each of our apparel product pages.
